The role of Technical Sales Engineer will involve being part of my clients strategic plan to grow market share in all sectors and geographic regions. This role therefore represents an exciting opportunity to assist in the realisation of this plan and to benefit from the company’s continued growth.
Initially this role will cover Southern England, but there will be opportunities to develop on this.
You will be responsible for developing business opportunities by generating sales leads/contacts, arranging and attending customer meetings, creating technical proposals, presenting proposals to customers, and then converting proposals into purchase orders.
A technical engineering background is essential! Your typical customers will be from the process engineering, manufacturing industry or contracting companies and previous experience working within these markets is a requirement.
A full driving license is essential, as is the flexibility to travel across the region with occasional overnight stays.
