JOB TITLE:Technical Sales Engineer
LOCATION: Shrivenham
SALARY: up to £35,000
WAY OF WORKING: Full time | Hybrid
THE BUSINESS:
C4S Search are currently working with a client who specialise in radio systems into the defence sector.
- THE TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY:
- Delivering technical assistance, primarily over the phone.
- Offering guidance on suitable product choices when necessary.
- Overseeing projects and coordinating with external parties.
- Assuming responsibility for designated product lines as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborating closely with Business Development Managers and international partners/principals.
- Generating quotations utilizing ERP and CRM systems.
- Maintaining accurate data within the CRM system to optimize its functionality.
- Contributing to website development, including product content and articles.
- Potential for selected candidates to manage specific customer accounts.
- Assisting Customer Support Coordinators with order processing during peak periods.
- Managing specific IT systems projects.
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
- A graduate in Physics/Maths or Electronic/Electrical Engineering.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but is not essential.

- Administration skills.
