The Technical Sales Engineer will work closely with Central Services team (field service engineering, customer support etc) to drive and upsell the lifetime services product portfolio.
This will be a hybrid working position, which comes with a package including holiday, pension 12%, profit share bonus scheme, and healthcare.
Main Responsibilities
- Support in preparing Lifetime Services offers in the sales phase of a project
- Accompanying and supporting Service Specialist at new customers, incl. preparation of service packages, quotations and presentation of those (when required)
- Prepare, initiate and sale of LTS product portfolio offering (site audits, system health checks, obsolescence, FMECA, etc) at existing and install base customers
- Supports marketing events for LTS such as webinars, attendance at industry trade shows, etc.
- Support development of existing systems with feedback from customer sites (e.g. CMMS, On-Site, Augmented Reality, Smart Glasses, etc.)
- Collaborative, supportive and integrative working with the other LTS managers, Key Account Managers and Central Services Department.
- Obtaining feedback from Customers when tenders are unsuccessful in order to improve in future activities.
- Able to suggest strategies to reduce the risk on sales bids.
- To be reliable, punctual and keep commitments made by the organisation to our customers.
