We are a UK based heavy side manufacturing business that has supported the UK construction industry for more than 60 years. We are owned by a PLC with revenues over GBP700m.
We are growing our team and are adding a Technical Sales Manager to support our area Sales Managers with technical queries from contractors and house builders. You will also provide technical presentations to architects and specifiers.
This is a product that is needed and not a nice to have, it is a technically lead product.
The role of Technical Sales Manager will include the following:

• Building lasting relationships with architects and consultants
• Provide technical support to the commercial team.
• Present in a CPD style to architects
• Provide technical support to customers throughout the design stage
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time

• Degree educated in a technical / construction discipline.
• Knowledge of structural building products
• Experience within a technical support role or within a specification role
• Three of more year s Technical Sales experience
