SalaryOur client, a rapidly growing multi-disciplined architectural practice in London, is seeking to appoint both an experienced Architect and a Senior Architect to join their dynamic team.
Their project portfolio covers a wide range of sizes, from £500k to £100m, encompassing refurbishments and new builds in the healthcare, commercial, education, MOD, and MOJ sectors.
Key Details:
- Project Diversity: You will have the opportunity to work on projects of varying sizes and complexity, spanning different sectors, including healthcare, commercial, education, MOD, and MOJ, making every day unique and challenging.
- Team Collaboration: Join a talented team of 30 architects, working closely with the Associate Director and taking responsibility for one or several projects (the size of the project will depend on your level).
Key Attributes for the Architect Position:
- ARB Architect: Be a registered Architect with ARB, demonstrating your commitment to professional standards.
- Built Project Experience: Showcase a portfolio with built projects in the UK, highlighting your successful contributions to the architectural landscape.
- Design and Client Engagement: Possess strong design skills, client-facing abilities, and the capability to take projects from concept to completion.
- Site Experience: Demonstrate your hands-on experience with site work, emphasizing your practical understanding of architectural projects.
- Proficient Revit Skills: Proficiency in Revit is essential, allowing you to effectively utilize advanced architectural software.
**For the Senior Position:**
Management Experience: If you are applying for the Senior Architect position, experience in mentoring and managing a team is highly desirable, demonstrating your ability to lead and inspire others.
