Job Title: Technical Service Manager
Location: City of London
Salary: £60,000 -£70,000
We are seeking to recruit a Technical Service Manager to join a dynamic Engineering Service provider in London. As a Technical Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Technical Services to a high end commercial site. You will be a key member of a successful team working closely with the customer to ensure tge clients receive the highest level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Technical Service delivery to clients, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage technical resources, including staff and contractors, to ensure that they are effectively utilized
- Identify and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery quality and efficiency
- Monitor and report on service delivery metrics, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective action as necessary
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer (Equivalent) Or Degree qualified.
- At least 5 years of Experience in a technical role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant technology solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality Technical Services to clients
