If you are a technically talented candidate who loves systems, creating efficiency with a sound knowledge of BRCGS, quality management systems and food safety processes and suppliers this is a great role for you!
Your main duties will be to support, review, update of procedures, ensuring products and documentation are compliant, data analysis, food safety and quality standards are met, specifications, report on non conformances and preventative actions and trending information.
Supporting the Technical and Quality function of the business, excellent attention to detail is required as well as a champion of continuous improvement and the ability to adapt in a fast moving environment.
You must have UK food manufacturing experience, knowledge of BRCGS, engagement with suppliers and an understanding of TACCP/VACCP is advantageous.
Food Technology/Food Science or related degree is desirable but not essential.
Confident communication skills are vital for this role in order to liaise with stakeholders staff and third party.
The position will suit a forward thinking and affable individual who works well in a team and with a keen passion for delivering as a team and with good organisational skills.
