Salary I am currently working with a well established Principal Contractor who specialise in Cat A and Cat B Fit Out and Refurbishment projects varying from £2 – 8 Mill within the Commercial Office, Leisure and High End Resi sectors, who are searching for an experienced Technical or Building Services Manager to oversee M&E Packages on their projects with a view to managing and growing the division and working as a part of the work win team on bids and tenders.
If you are an experience Technical Services Manager working for a Principal Contractor or a Project/Contracts Manager for a M&E Sub Contractor with a full understanding of both Mechanical and Electrical Packages within Fit Out and Refub Projects and would be interested in discussing this further please contact me onthe details attached

Basic Salary to £80k plus package and a project led bonus schem
