I am working with an award-winning technology services company to find a Technical Lead to help build next generation solutions used in capture and utilisation of digital evidence in public safety services. You will be joining a talented software engineering team building digital solutions in partnership with the police force, law enforcement, central government and Criminal Justice services.

The business operates a hybrid working structure with 2 days a week onsite in their offices located between Fareham & Southampton.
About You:
- We are looking for an excellent problem solver with an active interest in the latest design and development tools and technologies.
- You will be hands-on technically, with knowledge of design, development and architecture of Microsoft stack technologies.
Knowledge and experience:
- Experience of breaking down complex market requirements into secure, scalable and resilient system designs.
- Solid experience developing in C# using Visual Studio.
- Solid experience creating maintainable code and using source control solutions such as GIT or TFS.
- Developing software that deals with real-time messaging communication / telephony systems.
- Experience in writing Technical Systems/Solutions Documentation.
- Experience of work in an Agile Development Environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Solution security principles and Windows system hardening.
- Experience of work with Call Telephony Integration (CTI) and Call Detail Record (CDR) implementations.
You will need to be a UK national with eligibility for security clearance to work for this company.
