Job Title:Real Estate Litigation Solicitor

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading law firm with a reputation for excellence in Real Estate Litigation. Our client is seeking a senior Real Estate Litigation Solicitor to join its team in Liverpool and lead on complex tenant and landlord disputes in the retail sector.
Ideally you will already be an established Partner or experienced Senior Associate looking to move to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on complex tenant and landlord disputes, specifically in the retail sector
- Manage a team of associates and paralegals to deliver high-quality legal advice and representation
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide strategic advice to clients on all aspects of Real Estate Litigation
- Conduct negotiations and advocate on behalf of clients in court, tribunals, and other dispute resolution forums
- Contribute to the development of the team and the wider firm through thought leadership, business development, and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 7 years' PQE in Real Estate Litigation
- Proven experience in leading on complex tenant and landlord disputes in the retail sector
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Real Estate law and litigation procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of associates and paralegals
- Ability to bring new business into the team
- Business development, networking and client management skills.
