Technical Support Coordinator

Role: Technical Support Coordinator Location: Kempston, Bedford
Salary: GBP25000 - GBP28000 p/a
Hours: Mon Fri, 40 hours p/a

Have you got a technical background in Pumps or Wastewater (or similar) with the capability to provide solutions on any queries that may come in?

Are you familiar working in a fast-paced environment providing Technical Support?

Attega Group is currently working with a medium-sized company who are a leading company in the Drainage and Pump Industry, in their search for a Technical Support Coordinator to join the operations team providing valuable insights and advice on any queries.

This role will involve answering calls, dealing with any job requests and emergency works while liaising with the wider office and field-based engineers.

In return, the client is offering a salary of up to GBP28000 p/a plus company wide bonuses and in house training/progression.
Key responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Operations team.
• Answer any enquiries that arise and handle any emergency works that come in
• Ensure all works are being carried out effectively by keeping in touch with field-based engineers
• Various other administrative duties.

The ideal candidate must have a technical background in pumps, possess excellent organisational skills and be able to use their initiative.
On occasion, you may be required to visit a site, so a full clean license would be desirable.
