Technical Support Engineer Responsibilities

• Act on Technical Support and customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Contribute to the development of processes and procedures.
• Conduct software and hardware testing.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales.
• Provide accurate information to customers and log feedback on the CRM.

Technical Support Engineer Skills & Experience Required

• Working knowledge of electronics and IT/networking.
• Minimum two years’ experience in Customer Service or Technical Support.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Fluent in French or Spanish.
