Technical Support Engineer Responsibilities
- Act on Technical Support and customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Contribute to the development of processes and procedures.
- Conduct software and hardware testing.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales.
- Provide accurate information to customers and log feedback on the CRM.
Technical Support Engineer Skills & Experience Required
- Working knowledge of electronics and IT/networking.
- Minimum two years’ experience in Customer Service or Technical Support.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Fluent in French or Spanish.
