They are recruiting both a 1st Line and 2nd Line Engineer, so we welcome applications from both levels.

Technical Support Engineer Responsibilities
- Incoming support queries from customers.
- Ownership of support issues.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document support queries.
- Onboarding of customers.
- Liaising with departments to resolve outstanding issues.
Skills & Experience Required
- Network troubleshooting skills.
- Windows and Linux server experience.
- Group Policy and Active Directory.
- Antivirus, firewalls, Wireshark, and VPN exposure.
- 2+ years’ experience on a Technical Support desk.
