SalaryTechnical Support Engineer
We are currently working alongside one of N.I.’s fasted growing manufacturing companies. Due to continued success and growth, they are looking to add a Technical Support Engineer to their team in Dungannon. You will be part of the team responsible provide engineering support to the aftersales team.
The Role:
- Work closely with the Aftersales and Design teams to provide information to support the resolution of technical field issues.
- Produce and control a diverse range of product technical documents including operator manuals, spare part listings, technical bulletins, and registration documentation.
- Generate technical documents for new and current production machines.
- Generate and Modify CAD models and drawings using SolidWorks 3D CAD.
Personal Specification:
- Competent with reading and understanding electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Understanding of how hydraulic systems and electrical circuits work.
- Experience of using Adobe Suite or similar professional content creation tools.
- Experience of using 3D CAD experience (ideally SolidWorks).
