The Role - Technical Support Engineer, Electrical Industrial Systems
Following expansion this market leading company now seeks to recruit a technically motivated and customer focused Technical Support Engineer, responsible for:
- Providing 2nd line Technical Support over the phone and via email to customers throughout the UK on faults on industrial water treatment products
- Carrying out site visits as necessary to resolve technical issues
Your Background - Technical Support Engineer, Electrical Industrial Systems
Suitable candidates for this exciting role will need to demonstrate:
- A background working as a service engineer or a Technical Support Engineer on industrial water treatment systems
- NVQ or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
- A full UK driving licence
