Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer located in Newcastle upon Tyne. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, resolving software issues, troubleshooting complex problems, and investigating data related issues. The role involves supporting customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. The Technical Support Engineer will also be required to work closely with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve product functionality.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience with Sage or other accounting software is a plus
- Experience with software development and programming languages is a plus
- Experience with cloud computing and integration platforms is a plus
