Your new role
In this new role, you will provide Technical Support to the wider group, supporting the business IT strategy and fulfilling technical requirements for internal projects.
You will assess and continually develop processes and technology to increase efficiencies, improve security and drive down costs.
Typically, you will be involved in day to day :
- Helpdesk/ServiceDesk Incident, Problem & Request fulfilment
- IT Equipment Purchasing and cost management
- Workstation Setups, Hardware/Device & Printer Support
- On-Site & Remote support for 200 users
- User Onboarding
- BAU Pre-flight checks & Housekeeping
- Project Support - Infrastructure Projects
What you'll need to succeed
Relevant 2nd level qualification and 2+ years previous experience in a related technical field or proven track record in a technical systems support area, typically 4+ years’ experience in a related technical or Service Desk field is to be expected, with evidence of continued professional development.
Technical Knowledge in Windows Client 11 implementation, configuration, and maintenance, Microsoft Exchange Online and active Directory
