Salary: up to £34,000 DOE
Our client is on the lookout for an IT Support Engineer to join their growing IT team in Kendal and help support over 600 users internally.
The position is hands on, providing helpdesk support, assisting with projects including the implementation of new software and hardware, troubleshooting issues with the IT systems and documenting procedures.
The ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Microsoft 365 and applications
- Cloud technology's (AWS or Azure)
- Exchange administration
- Networking - routers, switches, firewall admin
- Virtualisation technologies such as Hyper-V & VMware
