Are you a recent graduate, or would like to further developyour career within Health care focusing on the installation and configuration of automated infusion solutions?
A highly focused individual is required to carry out the installation of automated infusion solutions including hardware and software and provide ongoing 1st line customer Technical Support in the AIS team.
This is a real opportunity for someone who wants to grow within our business. Here's what you can expect to be doing…
- To carry out the installation and configuration of automated infusion solutions including hardware and software.
- To support the development of reference sites and key opinion leaders to support the AIS strategy
- To interact with customers as required to deliver the highest levels of service and support.
- Collaborate as part of the B. Braun AIS team to deliver projects
- Provide ongoing 1st line customer Technical Support
- To provide technical expertise to support colleagues through out the sales process
- To Implement BBraun Automated infusion solutions into Healthcare settings.
- To configure all software and hardware associated with BBraun Infusion solutions
- To provide a source of Technical knowledge on BBraun Infusion solutions both internally and externally
- To act as a point of contact for first-line Technical product related communication Internally and externally
- To build strong relationships with key technical stakeholders within hospitals
- Evaluate business requirements and expand knowledge and skill base as necessary
- Develop knowledge of current market trends and customer requirements and attend appropriate conferences & meetings
What you’ll need to succeed
- A relevant engineering apprenticeship or degree level in Biomedical Engineering or similar
- Experience of working on mechanical/electrical / electronic systems
- Strong organisational skills, ensuring key service targets and requirements are met accurately and consistently.
- Excellent team player attributes with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to work confidently using their own initiative and be committed to delivering the highest levels of service support.
- Holds a full UK Driving licence due to travel between hospitals
