Technical Support Engineer, Vehicle Cameras

In addition to Technical Support, you will be responsible for the development, testing, and integration of new camera systems, IoT (4G Routers), and software products, resolving faults, identifying market trends, and exploring new technologies.
You will evaluate, create, and update field service guides to enhance engineer awareness and first-time fix rates, while staying current with industry trends and onboarding new hardware products.
Additionally, you will manage helpdesk tickets from initiation to resolution, provide fault-finding assistance, and general Technical Support to customers. You will also create and deliver technical training for engineers and customers, provide onboarding guidance, and ensure effective communication with field and workshop teams.
