Job Purpose
To be the first point of contact for liaising with the Contact Centre and dealing with public queries relating to KCC's resurfacing programme. To provide administrative and Technical Support to the Road and Foot-way Asset Team Manager and Team Leaders.
Skills/Abilities
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, at all levels with internal and external stakeholders and members of the public.
- Ability to deal with public in difficult circumstances.
- Able to use WAMS to manage customer service enquiries.
- Able to use MS Office and other typical general office packages, and also specialist software packages.
- Ability to use and interpret spatial data (maps and drawings).
- Able to demonstrate attention to detail.
- Demonstrable skills in managing information and communicating with others.
- Good teamwork
