Do you have a recognised Construction and/or Building Services qualification, with a strong Technical background in Surveying? We have the perfect opportunity working on a military estate in support of our Army customers. Join a great team at Aspire Defence Services…
As a Technical Surveyor you should have extended knowledge of buildings and their infrastructure, as you will be playing an important part in providing data to support the approval of Lifecyle Plans. You will be quantifying elements of existing MoD assets to provide and plan price programmes for future lifecycle work, whilst being able to recgonise defects and failures to plan future replacements/refurbishments.
You will be the master of Analysing Building data, historic and current drawings as well as reviewing condition surveys. Your findings will need to be produced into spreadsheets which means you will need to be proficient in using different Microsoft packages.
Understanding construction fabric and being able to interpret building and technical information is vital in this role.
But first meet the team…

We’re all about nurturing great teams, and our award-winning safety and wellbeing initiatives are built on keeping an eye out for one another and having a good work-life balance.
