The ideal candidate will work closely with our technical staff to create clear, useful, and consistent documentation that makes our products easier to use and supports their Quality Management System (QMS).
This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of documentation and contributing to continuous improvement of our technical processes.
Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with technical staff to create and standardise formats for documenting procedures and processes.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, engineers, suppliers and manufacturers to continuously improve technical documentation.
- Regularly revise documents to address new issues and ensure up-to-date accuracy.
- Plan, develop, write, edit, proofread, and finalise engineering reports, manuals, technical design specifications, and test manuals.
- Work effectively with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Your key skills will include:
- Degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to write in an explanatory and procedural style for multiple audiences.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
