Technical/Quality Assistant - Permanent Post, GBP28k - GBP35k D.O.E. Immediate Start, Free Parking, Pension, 28 Days Holidays, Mon to Friday 8am - 4.30pm. Occasional Saturday maybe required
Very exciting opportunities with this newly created role! To work for this well-established local company, who have been baking enviable products for both the UK and International markets & clients, for over 20 years. Every year they bake millions of snacks: from family favourites, to plant-based and vegan protein formulations, and everything else in between.
The role will include:
- Organise Product Testing
- Assist with remote client approval process
- Update the Quality Management System, ensuring all Documents, Policies and Procedures are current and up to date
- Assist with both Internal and Customer Specifications for Specific Products
- Assist with Artwork for all Packaging, Retail Packaging and Labels to ensure they meet compliance, standards and are Legally Compliant
- Liaising with Clients and internal department heads to ensure Quality Standards are met
- Assist with the management of Customer Complaints, ensuring they are dealt with in a timely manner, meeting all standards and recorded on the client database
- Monthly and Annual Reports
- As this is a brand new role, it will develop and grow with you
