Technician - Horticulture
35 hours per week, permanent
Kilmarnock Campus
£26,017 per annum (subject to national pay award)

The successful candidate will support the delivery of curriculum activities through providing technical assistance within the learning environment, performing routine and general maintenance duties, preparing resources and materials, maintaining an adequate stock of consumables, and supporting administrative processes.
In addition, you will also provide support to ensure that the learning and teaching environment and related areas meet health and safety legislative requirements.
You will be educated to HNC/SVQ level 3 in Horticulture or an equivalent relevant qualification or experience. You will also have relevant work-based qualifications in horticulture. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is also essential. Experience of supporting curriculum delivery or a training environment would be desirable.
