My client a leading International Law Firm are looking for an IT Procurement Specialist/Technology Procurement Specialist to join their team.
As the IT Procurement Specialist/Technology Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for leading on procurement projects for new technology related requirements, working alongside IT and other stakeholders to manage the renewals of both software and hardware agreements.
You will be responsible for strategic sourcing and category management including undertaking industry and market analysis, conducting supplier negotiations and supporting in the development of procurement strategy plans.
Working alongside the Procurement Manager, you will build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers throughout the full procurement life cycle from RFI/RFP/RFQ stage right through to on-going supplier management.
The successful IT Procurement Specialist/Technology Procurement Specialist will have demonstrable experience working on IT software and hardware procurement, a strong understanding and experience of negotiating SaaS contracts, and ideally be CIPS certified.
Experience working within a professional services or legal environment is preferred as is knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory obligations.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis with an expectation of 3 days per week in the London office.
