We're looking for an excellent Technology Risk and Resilience Manager to support Revolut Bank in Europe manage its tech in the best way possible. Someone with an analytical mindset, love for operational resilience, and a passion for compliance and risk management

What you'll be doing
- Overseeing and assessing the quality of technology controls and Technology Risk assessments conducted by intra-group and third-party service providers
- Supporting the process of Technology Risk management, control design, and assessments within the Bank
- Analysing data related to risks and controls to bolster effective risk management and ensure high-quality controls
- Supervising the technology component of Disaster Recovery testing carried out by intra-group service providers
- Helping in the technology incident management process by analysing and scrutinising the provided information
- Identifying potential gaps in policies or processes by thoroughly investigating evidence supporting risk and controls management, service quality, and compliance
- Supporting technology compliance self-assessments by gathering the necessary data and information
- Preparing data and other materials for reporting to the Bank's forums, committees, and management bodies
- 5 years of experience in Technology Risk management and operational resilience within financial or IT services, or a consultancy serving those industries
- Fundamental knowledge of technology governance, risk management, compliance management, and operational resilience
- An understanding of technology controls across all domains and how the controls operate
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of building SQL queries for business intelligence/management information
- Vilnius: €6,100 - €6,500 gross monthly*
- Lithuania: €6,100 - €6,500 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
