Aura Aesthetics: A leading clinic in the heart of Rochester, Kent, known for our cutting-edge aesthetic treatments and exceptional client care. We’re expanding our reach and need your expertise to manage our grow inbound leads!
The Role: As our Telesales Executive, you’ll be the voice of Aura Aesthetics, engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards services that will transform their lives. Your excellent communication skills and passion for sales will drive our success. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE OF THE SERVICES WE OFFER/INDUSTRY.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to inbound leads with efficiency and charm.
Utilise your experience to maximise lead conversion rates.
Build lasting relationships with clients, offering personalised solutions.
Keep updated with our services to provide accurate information.
What We Need from You:
Proven experience in telesales with a high conversion rate.
A dynamic, proactive approach to sales.
Excellent communication skills with neutral accent. Fluency in English
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
