``Duties:```
- Conduct outbound calls using a qualified database - NO Cold calls
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company to effectively communicate with prospects
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening skills
- Provide information about products or services, answer questions, and address concerns
- Record customer details including reactions, feedback, and contact information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
```Qualifications:```
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales role
- Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
