SalaryRed Recruitment is recruiting Telemarketing Agents to join our client, an award-winning financial services company that provides products and services to help modern families. This role is suitable for those with previous cold calling and sales experience.
There are many benefits with this position, including an opportunity to earn commission on top of the salary, which is 25,000 per annum.

- Salary: 25,000 per annum
- Hours: Rotating shift pattern
Week 1: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
Week 2: Monday - Thursday, 10am - 6.30pm and Friday 9am - 5.30pm - ContractType: Permanent

Key Responsibilities of a Telemarketing Agent:
- Leading by example by showing excellent sales tenacity
- Outbound cold calling to external stakeholders
- Maximising all business opportunities
- Providing accurate MI to internal and external stakeholders
- Delivering against strategic objectives and quality measures
Key Skills and Experience of a Telemarketing Agent:
- Proven track record in sales is required
- Previous cold calling experience is essential
- Good understanding of CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of contact centre workflow and telephony technologies
