Telemarketing Coordinator

Juice is working with a market leader in their search for Outbound Membership Executives. This is a great opportunity for someone to kickstart and progress in a growing company in Frome.

DAY TO DAY:

• Working on new initiatives and communicating to a variety of businesses daily.
• Speak with clients and check the status of applications and campaigns.
• Responsible for making outbound and receiving inbounds calls.
• Updating records and maintaining the CRM system.
• Occasionally taking payment details.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• Excellent communication skills with a clear and confident telephone manner.
• Competent IT skills and a confident user Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Great attention to detail.
• GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English.

AND FOR YOU:

• £25,000 per annum
• 37.5 hours per week - with the option to have further.
• Staff incentive scheme.
• On-site parking.
• On-site café, gym and shower.
• Occasional Saturday shift.
