ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Telemarketing Executive, you'll be responsible for engaging with leads generated through our website, events, and existing database. Working closely with our Sales Consultants, you'll ensure that prospective clients are not only interested but also qualified to progress through the sales process.

This is a part-time opportunity, but as you grow with us, there's great potential for increasing your hours and eventually transitioning into a full-time role.

You will initially work up to 20 hours weekly, including up to 6 hours outside UK working hours to cover AMER and APAC time zones. The role offers the flexibility to work remotely, depending on your location, while maintaining close collaboration with our team based in Central London.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contacting leads to assess their interest and qualification for our products or services.
  • Managing and prioritising leads from various sources, including website inquiries, event attendees, and existing databases.
  • Collaborating with Sales Consultants to understand client needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Providing timely and accurate updates on lead interactions and progress to the sales team.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of lead management processes and strategies.

Requirements

ABOUT YOU

  • You're actively seeking a part-time role but are open to the possibility of transitioning to full-time in the future.
  • Your background includes experience in telemarketing sales, with a preference for familiarity within the SaaS industry
  • You have a proven ability to build strong relationships over the phone and have worked in telemarketing, sales support, or customer service roles.
  • You're highly organised, capable of managing multiple responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • You can work hours flexibly to make calls across multiple time-zones.
  • If you're multilingual, it's a plus, as it enables you to effectively engage with our diverse client base.

You may have experience of the following: Telemarketing Representative, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Customer Service Representative, Inside Sales Representative, Market Researcher, Event Coordinator/Marketing Assistant, Bilingual/Multilingual Sales Associate.
