Telesales Account ManagerSales Account Manager. A Bradley Stoke based tech driven wills, trusts and power of attorney firm are recruiting a new Telephone Account Manager to join the team. The Telephone Account Manager may be a Business Development Manager or Telesales Advisor or Account Manager. The role will be office based in Bradley Stoke and will be telephone based with virtual and webinar presentation where needed.The Telesales Account Manager will be expected to build a good grasp of unregulated legal products such as Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the company's technology platform.The Relationship Manager will:Relationship management, create, develop and manage key introducers to promote the company and drive client referralsUsing telephone and webinar, you will promote the company propositionCommunicate to our distributors with a clear understanding of the marketplace and industry developmentsContinually improve and update product and market place knowledgeMaintain the sales databaseGenerally support the rest of the sales team Relationship Manager Required experience:Confidence in speaking to introducers over the telephone and videoA motivated, resilient and enthusiastic individual who wants to make a difference as part of a teamA proven track record in sales and account managementEffective communication and organisational skillsExperience in financial services Relationship Manager DesirableExperience within the Estate Planning is preferred but by no means essentialExperience working in an office environmentKnowledge and contacts within the IFA or mortgage advisor industry Telesales Account Manager AttributesExcellent verbal communication skills, and ability to engage with professional introducers via telephone and videoExcellent attention to detail, both verbal and written, to ensure data accuracyAble to manage and liaise with multiple introducers at different stages on different tasksAbility to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretionAbility to work as a team and independentlyAbility to use Microsoft Word, Excel and other IT systems and quick to pick up new systems The Telephone Account Manager starting salary is £30k, rising to £32k at the end of probation, plus £6k bonus OTE, performance and behaviour based.The role is a full time position, 37.5 hours a week but part time would be considered for the right candidate.Proactive People is an employment agency and employment business
