Telephone Query Advisor - Long Term Temporary role

Demon Recruitment Group is currently recruiting fora Customer Query Advisor to join their Client in Colnbrook.

This role is Temporary and will last until October, it could convert to permanent

It is essential you have strong experience working within Customer Services dealing with Inbound telephone queries

*Interviews ASAP**

Duties will include:

• Handling customer queries re accounts issues
• Logging information and sending correspondence -
• Investigating issues and resolving OR escalating when required
• Following up service reviews to ensure complete customer satisfaction -
• General administration support

Experience/Skills required:

• Previous customer interaction
• Must be numerate
• Inbound/Outbound calls
• Excellent communication skills -
• Confident telephone manner -
• Ability to give constructive feedback -
• Good IT skills
