Harvey Nash is working closely with an insurance client who are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to work on a Contact Centre Offshoring Project.

We are looking for a candidate with experience:

• Contact Centre/Telephony experience
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications.
• Develop comprehensive deliverables, including Capability Maps, Business Impact Assessments, Requirements, Epics & User Stories, Business Designs, and Options Papers.
• Leverage experience in Telephony, Infrastructure, Networking, and Cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
• Experience with offshoring projects is highly desirable.
