Our client based in the Sutton Coldfield area are currently recruiting for a Telesales Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Duties of the Telesales Administrator role include:
- Achieve sales targets.
- Make outbound calls to leads.
- Manage existing clients and upsell where possible.
- Keep in touch with prospective clients and handle any queries.
- Build a rapport with clients.
- Close sales and ensure clients feel supported.
- Update the inhouse database.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a positive, enthusiastic, and friendly approach.
- Be personable and professional.
- Have previous sales experience.
- Be able to work to and achieve targets.
This role is not a hard selling/cold calling role, it involves warm calling to customers who have already expressed an interest in the product.
Basic salary is £22,000 - £23,500 - commission achievable
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with an early finish on a Friday.
