What are we looking for in our Telesales Agents?
- Strong people skills - you will be required to interact with a diverse range of people on a daily basis. A friendly telephone manner and great communication skills are essential.
- Ability to easily work under pressure and time constraints to meet targets. Candidates must be able to handle challenging calls with resilience and confidence.
- Competent computer skills - candidates must be able to navigate relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services and effectively explain them to prospects.
Your telesales responsibilities may include:
- Conducting warm/cold calls to select leads.
- Working with growth teams to strategically identify and target leads.
- Answering incoming customer calls to resolve issues and enquiries, ensuring customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Matching or exceeding daily sales targets.
- Keeping records of calls to facilitate future sales.
