We are looking to revolutionize the appliance cover industry for the benefit of our customers with out one of a kind Lifetime Appliance Plan and we're looking for a talented telesales professional with experience in the whitegoods industry to join our growing team of specialists. About The Job As a Telesales Consultant for YBC you'll be the voice of our business so we're looking for a talented and highly motivated self-starter with telesales experience and a proven background of high performance in the whitegoods industry to speak to as many prospective customers as possible to save them from the inferior alternatives and switch to our superior Lifetime Appliance Plan. On a day-to-day basis you'll be responsible for making calls to potential customers offering our Lifetime Appliance Plan for home appliances and household whitegoods with the main goal being to meet your sales targets. In return you'll receive a very competitive basic salary of £25,000 per year and an uncapped commission structure where you'll genuinely be able to achieve on target earning potential of £35,000 - £40,000 per year . The role is Hybrid Working with up to 3 days working from home and days in Portslade with modern and comfortable office facilities and you'll be surrounded by like-minded high achievers and sales experts bringing true change to the appliance cover market. As a high performer you will be given the opportunity to work on a range of campaigns including customer acquisition, marketing upgrades and additional services to our existing customer base, customer retention, and renewals.
