Role Overview: As a Depot Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations at our Seaford location. You will lead a team to drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Drive sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, setting sales targets, and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to maximize their potential and performance. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with trade professionals, contractors, and suppliers to drive business growth and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards to create a safe and compliant working environment. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Requirements: Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the kitchen and bathroom industry or a related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders. Sound business acumen and strategic thinking, with a focus on driving sales and profitability. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. A proactive and results-driven approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
