About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through outbound telesales. You'll build strong relationships with potential customers as well as existing customers with significant growth potential.
You'll work closely with the Business Development Director to maintain and drive a pipeline of prospects and leads to deliver our core objectives for the next 3-5 years. Join us and be a part of a team that sets the standard for excellence in the automotive sector.
Gaining and maintaining total trust with our leads, prospects and customers through consistent, world-class conversations, the Telesales Executive will be helping to facilitate Venta's growth journey through pipeline management and follow-ups.
This Telesales Executive role involves responsibilities such as:
Developing relationships with companies that are forward-thinking and progressive in nature to encourage and promote repeat businessLead generation at multiple levels and establishing links at different levels of key target customersBuilding an in-depth knowledge of customers' purchase history to be able to recommend similar products and services based on their needsArranging physical and virtual meetingsPromoting and leveraging Venta USPs

Essential Skills
We are looking for someone who has excellent phone manner which enables them to make outbound calls with ease and organise meetings with prospects and customers.
The ideal candidate for this Telesales Executive role is a self-motivated individual who can work within a team and is a suitable culture fit for Venta.
Desirable Skills
We are preferably looking for someone who has a previous record of successful telesales.
