Position: Telesales Manager
Location: Wolverhampton (Mander House) WV1
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent (9 am - 6 pm or 10 am - 7 pm)
Salary: 32,000 to 35,000 (dependent on experience), 28 Days Holidays including Bank Holidays, Company Pension

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of talented Telesales Representatives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Monitor and analyse team performance, providing guidance and support for continuous improvement. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with company policies. Knowledge and Skills:
Proven experience in a Telesales leadership role. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
