Temp Receptionist 15th March - 18th April inclusive

Front of house / team assistant required for a family office in Mayfair.

Hours 9 – 5.30pm 
A boutique family office in Mayfair are looking for a temp Receptionist/Team Assistant to help run things whilst the Office Manager is away. Duties include:

Looking after the meeting rooms - set up & clear away - bookings/calendar etc
Meeting and greet guests
Office management - making sure fridge and office stationery is fully stocked
Ad hoc PA duties for the CEO
Assisting the investment team with administration

They want someone self motivated who can work on their own and use their initiative.
