Customer Service Advisor
Salary: OTE £26,000 per annum (£10.75 per hour pro rata) + Uncapped Bonus (Typical bonus £300-£500)
Location: Konecta Group - Manchester - Sale - Hybrid model post-training
Hours: 40 paid hours per week
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
Main Purpose of Role:
Join our vibrant Business to Consumer (B2C) team within a dynamic multichannel Contact Centre. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction to Amplifon's clientele. Your role involves generating revenue through appointment scheduling while maintaining superior Customer Service standards.
