Uk_Hr Advisor

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor for a 9-month contract role. This position requires proficiency in French and will involve a blend of remote and on-site work. The successful candidate will provide policy advice, support various HR processes and ensure high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle HR enquiries via multiple channels and determine the best method of resolution.
• Provide policy advice to employees and managers on various issues.
• Support execution of employee movement, payroll, benefits/leaves, and compensation processes.
• Guide employees and managers to available resources.
• Ensure accurate policy representation in interconnected systems/processes.
• Provide feedback to assist in developing client service improvement projects.
• Maintain the integrity of employee records and Workday data.
• Prepare appropriate documentation to meet customer needs related to HR processes.
• Liaise with third-party vendors as applicable to resolve customer inquiries.
• Work collaboratively within a team to share ideas and drive improvements for key HR processes.
• Identify and report any call trends or product trends to the Team Lead or Supervisor.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• A college degree is a necessity.
• Operational experience in human resources.
• General knowledge and understanding of HR policies, processes and Regional Employment Laws.
• Experience in a rapid, fast-moving, complex, and changing environment.
• Practical operational experience of HR processes, e.g., hire, payroll, benefits, performance.
• Proficiency in French and Italian.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail.
• Highly computer literate with knowledge of HR systems and processes.
