We are working with a Luxury Residential building based in W2 who are looking to hire a customer service focused Day Concierge to join the team. The Day Concierge will be in charge of the main reception desk throughout their shift, providing a welcoming service for residents and ensuring the premises is safe.

The role will be temporary for 3 months and will then move into a permanent position
Hours: 4on 4off rota, 7am to 7pm
Salary: £28,500 per annum once permanent - £11ph + holiday pay whilst temping
Duties:
- Welcoming clients and residents
- Acting as the point of reference for visitors, Contractors and others who need assistance or information
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Procedures, lone working
- Facilitate Contractors' visits
- Parcel, Key and Laundry Services
- Issue communications to all residents, draft logs and breach update trackers
- Maintain inventory and stock of supplies for concierge desks
- Conduct regular patrols and site inspections
- Any other duties outlined by your Line Manager
Candidate Attributes:
- Proven experience as concierge; experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage
- Proficiency in English; multilingual is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Packages
- Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
- Ability in multitasking and time-management
- Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
- Qualification in hotel management or relevant field is desirable
