Deliver a seamless link between alternative routes of sales, whether that be through personal shopping, stylists, social media or virtual/remote sales. Driving sales across all these routes ensuring client sales and interaction/growth targets are met along with fostering a stronger culture around these avenues of sales.
Responsibilities
Deliver a seamless link between alternative routes of sales, whether that be through personal shopping, stylists, social media or virtual/remote sales. SERVICE AND SALES
  • Handle all remote payments, international and domestic in line with company fraud check
  • Support sales floor team in nurturing and building their client base
  • Audit and manage all stock movements to Personal Shopping, Stylists and Selfridges
  • Update all parties on stock arrivals
  • Supporting the sales floor with their in store appointments
  • Arranging virtual appointments
  • Support sales floor in the way of communicating with clients
  • Uphold the company image and professionalism whilst communicating with clients and other parties
  • Support wherever the business needs are, Ladies, Mens and Kids
  • Supporting on the floor as and when needed
CLIENTELING
  • Uphold the company and brand image when shooting and uploading imagery, with all captions and hashtags signed off at management level
  • Create a content schedule weekly and execute with management support
  • Utilize all social media avenues as a revenue and artistic source
  • Respond to all enquiries in a timely manner
  • Create interactive and appealing posts/stories to create a stronger engagement
  • Use One Drive as a tool to further increase sales and proficiency creating an ease of shopping and communication
OPERATIONS
  • Have a full understand of till policies and procedures
  • Have a full understanding of Prompt payments, international dispatch and domestic dispatch
  • Working with Merch and Buying to have a better understanding on the buying strategy
  • Arranging transfers for both Personal Shopping and Clients
VIRTUAL CATALOGUE
  • Manage and audit virtual catalogue to make sure it represents current stock holdings
  • Provide RTW & PS teams with current and future look books
  • Complying coming soon collection for both Personal Shopping and Clienteling
  • Creation of PDF packs for seasonal promotions, sales & VIP launches
VIRTUAL CATALOGUE
  • Manage and audit virtual catalogue to make sure it represents current stock holdings
  • Provide RTW & PS teams with current and future look books
  • Complying coming soon collection for both Personal Shopping and Clienteling
  • Creation of PDF packs for seasonal promotions, sales & VIP launches
REPORTS
  • Running 118 reports via Selfridges tills to ensure all personal shopping/RTW sales are captured and enter accurately into the Kurt Geiger database
  • Sending weekly reports for Personal Shopping and clienteling
  • Communicating with management on team members clienteling KPIs
  • Identifying missed sales opportunity and reporting directly to line manager
