Temporary Accounts Payable Team Lead

Do you have experience within a busy transactional finance role?

If so, this is an excellent opportunity to join this interesting organisation!

Starting as soon as possible, you will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of an effective and robust transactional finance function.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Accounts Payable Team Lead Responsibilities

• Ensuring all transactional processing is accurate processed
• Mentoring junior members of the team
• Managing company credit cards and staff expenses
• Assisting with the preparation of management accounts
• Ensuring internet banking is actioned according to company process and policy

Temporary Accounts Payable Team Lead Requirements

Alongside dedicated experience within Accounts Payable transactions, you will also have the following:

• Be part-qualified in a recognized Professional Accountancy Qualification
• Have experience managing, guiding and mentoring junior members of the team
• Have exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Be highly numerate and analytical
• Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables/Vlookups)
