Temporary Administrator

Anderson Knight are recruiting for a Temp Administrator, reporting to the Senior Finance Officer, they will support an efficient finance function, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain the organisational contract register for goods and services.
2. Compile a comprehensive assets register including laptops, printers, desktops, and mobile devices.
3. Link contracts to assets registers.
4. Associate all assets with individual services or departments.
5. Escalate queries to the Senior Finance Officer as needed.
6. Adhere to organisational policies and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment.
7. Collate and forward statistical or factual information as required.

Essential Experience:

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages, preferably Sage.
• Excellent Excel skills.
