Anderson Knight are recruiting for a Temp Administrator, reporting to the Senior Finance Officer, they will support an efficient finance function, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain the organisational contract register for goods and services.
- Compile a comprehensive assets register including laptops, printers, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Link contracts to assets registers.
- Associate all assets with individual services or departments.
- Escalate queries to the Senior Finance Officer as needed.
- Adhere to organisational policies and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Collate and forward statistical or factual information as required.
Essential Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages, preferably Sage.
- Excellent Excel skills.
