They have a temporary vacancy for an office Asministrator. The role is for an undisclosed period, but likely a few weeks minimum. Mon – Fri 08:00 – 17:00
Job description
They have recently undergone a nationwide company structure change. Due to this they have the requirement for a temporary office administrator based in their Bristol office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Include but are not limited to:
· Handling customer phone calls & emails (Inbound & Outbound)
·Booking PPM service work for a team of service engineers
· Booking goods in / out via our computer systems (simPRO/Datafile)
· Arranging collection of deliveries via our courier partners
· Keep our warehouse space organised & tidy
SKILLS
The successful candidate will ideally have:
· Previous experience in service coordination / Office administration
· Good with computers
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Good organisation skills
