My client based in Aztec West, Bristol are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator to join their team.
They are looking for someone to start immediately and the position is until approx June 2024. The role is full time, office based.
Duties include:
General administration
Process travel requests that are sent to the functional mailbox - flight, hotel, hire car and rail
Archiving project material
Maintaining Distribution Lists
Process Corporate orders (e.g. business cards)
Support to the Office Manager, Assistant Office Manager and Division
Deal with printers, stationery, mail & PPE orders
General office duties such as provide support for meeting room equipment
Supporting with chasing IT requests to ensure staff have what is required
Management of lockers/cupboard
Maintaining pool equipment e.g., laptops/desktops
Supporting the Practice Managers & teams with admin tasks to support them with delivery of their projects e.g. Meetings & event co-ordination and ad hoc support
The position is varied and interesting, working as part of a team who provide multidisciplinary support to complex projects.
They are looking for someone with previous experience of office administration. You must be self-sufficient and have the ability to work independent from instruction with a proactive approach.
You must be competent in the use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams.
